Keep your assets private and off-market.
Initially, potential buyers will only be able to access a Blind Teaser, which doesn’t compromise your or your asset´s confidentiality.

Be in Control.
You will start receiving requests from interested buyers to access further information about your asset (Info Memo, Process Letter, etc). All buyers must sign your NDA before submitting their request.
Thanks to our integrated match score algorithm, you can decide who to grant access to see the above information based on how well it fits their investment criteria. Additionally, you can revoke access at any time.

Due Diligence & Closing.
We accompany you throughout the entire process. If desired, we can set up a Virtual Dataroom with all the information about your deal, link you with local experts, and more.
